How we work
We operate through a remote model, providing ongoing support and coaching to our dedicated staff. This allows us to empower our young people, equipping them with the tools and guidance they need to reach their full potential and achieve their goals, regardless of location. We believe in fostering independence and self-reliance while ensuring they have the support they need to thrive. Additionally, we visit the academy 2-3 times a year to provide even more hands-on support and interaction.
