Although a primary qualifier for students is their exceptional athletic ability, we prioritize their willingness to sustain a high academic standard that will support them no matter their future career choices. In turn, we partner with schools that provide high-quality academics and support.
Athletic Development
We use top-level, experienced coaches and athletic trainers to prepare each student to compete at the college and NBA level. The high-level training they receive is complemented with local and regional competitions that give them real playing time and experience
Mentorship & Character
Each student in the program receives ongoing life skills development training and mentorship that emphasizes holistic growth. The result is well-rounded students with the character, self-management, and confidence to make sound choices throughout their lifetimes.
Whole-Person Support
Students attend high-quality schools, whose tuition and fees are beyond what most families can afford. M2 Squared Academy covers all school and athletic related school fees, housing, meals, travel, and family support so that neither the students nor their families have to worry about the expenses.

1. Identify Potential
Our Africa team, actively markets and recruits potential student athletes in our target areas. Recruits are selected based on their exceptional potential, commitment to full engagement in the M2 Squared program and their family’s commitment to the M2 Squared model.
2. Education & Training
Students are placed at our top-level academic partner institutions. M2 Squared emphasizes holistic training leaning toward excellence in academics to complement their athletic development. Life skills training and community service round out our offerings preparing each student to succeed in college overseas.
3. Exposure & Growth
During their secondary training , students participate in local and regional competitions, camps and other organized events giving them game time exposure and preparation for playing at the college level.
4. College Pathways
We continue to broaden our networks of colleges and universities seeking exceptional athletes who are also prepared to take on the academic rigor of their institutions. Our students also come prepared with life skills preparing them to maturely handle the challenges of adapting to college in a different country
5. Graduation & Beyond
M2 Squared stays connected to its students even once they transfer to college. We continue to provide mentorship and career development including NIL advisory, NBA draft preparation or alternative career counseling aligned with their life goals.
6. Lifelong Impact
M2 Squared students who matriculate through college will become part of an alumni network that will encourage collaboration with other Coach Menzies alumni athletes to support community giving worldwide.
